Major Lazer, anchored by Diplo on the turntables & effects machine, torn it up at the Roots Picnic on the main stage June 3. It was crunching, liberating dance music without dumb choruses. Diplo also did a killer solo DJ set in the tent during a down pour the poured water through the roof. But the crowd  didn’t care.
